The Acropolis in Athens has earned a spot on the list of the world’s most beautiful cultural heritage sites, as revealed in a recent study conducted by Betway, an online gaming company.
Betway’s experts carefully selected the most popular world heritage sites for their analysis, excluding sites with multiple locations or specific urban areas within cities to ensure a fair assessment. They categorised the chosen 109 locations into city, natural, or cultural sites.
According to their findings, the Acropolis ranked 7th among the most stunning cultural heritage sites globally, with more than 1.5 million Instagram hashtags dedicated to this iconic monument.
